This afternoon we headed up to the Public Library in Princeton, WI. It was such a snug space there was not much room left, after we set up our chairs and stands! Luckily there was a very beautiful flower garden in the back, where Wes and then Marika were able to warm up before the concert. We had a lovely, engaged audience, who listened and then asked questions afterwards. One lady came up to let us know she really liked the Schubert Quartettsatz. We expressed our gratitude to Thomas E. Caestecker for funding this recital series, and to the Green Lake Festival for organizing it. We have one more recital next week, at the Children’s Museum in Fond du Lac.
